Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Below you will find information on the statutory right of withdrawal for orders of digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier (streaming, download, etc.). No rights beyond those granted by law are conferred.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the purchase of digital content not delivered on a physical data carrier. The right of withdrawal also expires if we have begun execution after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once we begin performing the contract.

We point out that we may make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
