Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
According to Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal expires in the case of contracts for the purchase of digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier. The right of withdrawal also expires if we have started the execution after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal when we begin to fulfill the contract. We point out that we can make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
