Here is a simple quickie to be consistent with this source:<\/p>\n
Place right finger, fingers or palm on top center of head.
\nPlace left finger or fingers between the eyebrows.<\/p>\n

The Main Central Flow harmonizes all glands in the body. It is my individual life force and is assigned to the fire element. It ignites the spiritual flame within me and makes me realize that I am a soul living in eternity. I am!<\/p>\n
This first step (as described above) is also the anchor step of the entire flow sequence. With it we balance both the pineal gland and the pituitary gland. The pineal gland harmonizes the muscles, pigmentation of the skin, reacts to light exposure, influences day and night rhythm and regulates the absorption of light in the body. Mentally it is assigned to the world of the divine spirit and helps the development from the human to the divine being.<\/p>\n
The pituitary gland promotes our growth and development, helps the function of the reproductive organs, thyroid and adrenal glands. Mentally it corresponds to the world of life spirit, our vitality. Helps with senility, strengthens memory, clears the head and goes deep into the brain.<\/p>\n
The Main Central Flow is always available to us. It is always there like the sun and brings everything into vibration and consciousness in every cell.<\/p>\n
