Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Below you will find information on the statutory right of withdrawal for mail orders. No rights beyond those granted by law are conferred. In particular, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to commercial resellers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the goods.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, though it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Please note that the refund of VAT under the OSS procedure will be carried out according to the VAT rates of the delivery country. This may result in differences in the refunded amounts if different tax rates were applied to the purchased goods.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated publications, except for subscription contracts, and for the delivery of audio or video recordings in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
