The “Main Central” is a quarterly JIN SHIN JYUTSU journal in English or German language, in which Jin Shin Jyutsu instructors and practitioners report about lived and experienced JIN SHIN JYUTSU knowledge. The German edition contains additional regional articles and information. Both journals are also available in a digital version.
