Hands-On Tip of the Week: Self-Help Sequence to strenghen the Immune System

The following self-help sequence for strengthening the immune system was given to Mary Burmeister by Jiro Murai. We have already introduced them to you once.

There are three simple steps that help us detoxifying our body by helping lungs and kidneys.

Step 1: Put your right hand over your left shoulder (SEL 11 and 3) and your left hand under the posterior costal arch (SEL 23)
SEL 11 helps to unload “excess bagage” and detoxifies our body.
SEL 3 (according to Mary our “personal anti-biotic”), helps lung function and harmonizes fears and sorrows
SEL 23 helps kidneys, adrenal glands, spleen, pancreas, stomach, liver and gall bladder.

Step 2: Move you left hand to your left groin (SEL 15). SEL 15 means joy and laughter, helps the blood circulation and also the circulation of all other body fluids, supports the kidneys.

Step 3: Move your right hand to the left arch of the foot (SEL 6) by placing the whole hand on the sole of the left foot.
SEL 6 supports balance and harmony. The kidney flow also goes through this area and takes out impurities of the body and let go of the fear.

Hold each step for about 3 – 5 minutes. Then use the sequence on the other side of your body.

Hands-On Tip of the Week, today: „Safety”Energy Lock # 1

(Self-Help Book 2 by Mary Burmeister, p. 12)

“Safety” Energy Lock # 1 came into the unvierse with the meaning “prime mover” and is located a the inner side of the knee. If we get stuck in any project, holding SEL 1 helps us get everything moving again (on all levels).

It connects the toes to the head and the head to the toes, thus helping both breathing and all head projects. It can also have a very liberating effect on abdominal projects (flatulence).

All projects  above the waist can descend by holding the SEL 1.

The supervisor flows arise in SEL 1. SEL 1 is also named the “leader” of all “safety”energy locks and all depths go through SEL 1. As you can see it is a very important SEL.

There are many interesting testimonials about holding the ones for a whole year (1 hour daily or 3 x 20 minutes daily). Maybe you just try it out yourself and write your own story about it….

For self-help just hold SEL 1, also cross over or just hold your thumbs!

Hands-On Tip of the Week: Mudra No. III

Today we introduce you to one of the Mudras that Jiro Murai practiced: Mudra No. III (Self-Help Book 3, p. 12)

When we put our fingers in certain positions, we can increase our vibration, bring movement into everything and change our mood.

Mudra No. III allows us to calm down and at the same time can also revitalize us.

Just hold palm side of left little and ring fingers with right thumb. Place rest of right fingers on back of left litte and ring fingers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Reverse for right fingers.

While holding this finger pose, exhale deeply, releasing accumulated stress and physical exertion with each exhalation. Breathe in consciously and receive life-giving energy with every inhalation. As Mary says: “In the breath that I am, I am always new.”

Mudra No. III aids calming the body, releasing nervous tension/stress and aids the revitalizing of all organ functions. It brings us back into our mental and emotional balance and helps us when we are very excited (e.g. if we are anxious about exams) or whenever we want to reawaken our “spirits”.

Today we introduce you to SEL 13 (Self Help Book 2, p. 36/37) which came into the universe with the meaning “fertility” and Love your enemies”

It brings us back into oneness and helps us to love ourselves with all our weaknesses.

When more contact with our Creator is needed we hold our SEL 13.

It helps with all physical projects that are related to reproduction and development: fertility, hormonal projects, pregnancy, the desire to have children, growth (on all levels) and can also harmonize tension/stress of shoulders and neck.

For self help just hold SEL 13 (Cross over is also possible).

Current Hands-On Tip of the Week, Today: Special Body Function Energy (4)

Today we want to introduce you to the Special Body Function Energy (4) , Text 2, p. 53.

This flow can help to harmonize our modern worldly lifestyle and and is suitable for use in acute situations (just like the Fatigue Flow, see tip from August 19, 2020)

The Body Function Energy (4) helps the 4th depth, muscles and all biochemical reactions in the body (metabolism).

It keeps muscles and bones in balance for better cooperation.

We use this flow for daily pain and discomfort and is special because we can practice only one handed.

Put your left hand in the back of your right knee (helps right knee, right hip and left shoulder)

or put your right hand in the back of your left knee (helps left knee, left hip and right shoulder)

or just hold both back of the knees crosswise.

We mourn Ian!

As we learned today, Ian Harris, longtime member of the Jin Shin Jyutsu Faculty, has left his mortal shell.  Ian was one of us all loved and cherished and will be fondly remembered. We will all miss him. Our prayers and bright thoughts will accompany him!

Hands-On Tip of the Week: The Spleen Function Energy

Mary Burmeister describes in Self-Help Book 1 the Spleen Flow as an important flow for general daily maintenance.

The Spleen Flow strengthens all other organs. It brings energy into the body and sun into the soul. Astrologically, it is assigned to the zodiac sign “Cancer” with the principle “I Feel”. It ensures a free flow of emotions and is the maternal nourishing aspect. The spleen function energy creates a safe inner space for my feelings, not to freeze them or run away from them, but to accept and learn to embrace them.

On the physical level, the Spleen Flow calms down the nervous system and at the same time, it can also energize the body and harmonize.

It can also help with any type of allergy, staph and herpes infections, and all breast and uterine labels.

For harmonizing the Spleen Function Energy use four simple steps:

For right side of the body:

  1. Right hand on right SEL 5 (right inside between ankle and heel) and left hand on coccyx
  2. Then just move your right hand on left SEL 14 (anterior center of last left costal arch)
  3. Then just move your left hand on right SEL 13 (anterior center of the right third rib)
  4. Finally, place your left hand on left SEL 22 (under the middle of the left collarbone)

For left side of the body reverse the sequences.

Current Hands-On Tip of the Week, Today: „Safety“-Energy Lock No. 9

(Self Help Book 2 by Mary Burmeister, p. 28)
SEL # 9 is located in the upper middle of the back, on the left and right of the spine at the level of the lower edges of the shoulder blades.

It came into the universe meaning end of a cycle is beginning of another. Every end is a seed of a fresh beginning, the basis of foundation.

The number 9 is the symbol of ageless wisdom.

SEL 9 controls the waist line – my lifestyle. If  SEL 9 is not in harmony, the ascending energy is blockated which burdens the waist line.

Harmonizing SEL 9 releases tension in the waist line and helps digestive processes and chest congestion.

At the level of attitudes, SEL 9 can free you from greed, the real cause of grief and grief. There can be no loss if there are no expectations.

Just hold the left and/or right elbow

 

 

or


hold right thumb with left hand and then left thumb with right hand.

Current “Hands-On” Tip of the Week, today: We hold our Thumbs!

All fingers and thumbs are simple keys to harmonize our attitudes. Mary differentiates 5 types of attitudes: worry?, fear ?, anger ?, sadness ? and trying to ?. Worry is assigned to the thumb.

Worries pull us away from the present and dissipate our energies.

The thumbs are like leaders in a parade. If the thumb is not in rhythm, then all that follow the leader will get out of step, out of harmony. Thumbs are very important for the harmonious functioning of the body (Self-Help Book 3 by Mary Burmeister, p. 27).

By holding our thumbs we can release worries and brooding. It can also help with depression and eliminate the imbalance of  our stomach and spleen function energy. If we harmonize our stomach and spleen function energy, we calm our nervous system. Babies who suck their thumbs try already to help their imbalances.

Just take your left thumb with your right hand and vice versa. This can be held for as long as you like.
