Hands-On Tip of the Week, today: “Safety” Energy Lock # 8

SEl 8 came into the universe meaning rythm, strength and peace (Self-Help Book 2 by Mary Burmeister). I am my own limitation.

It is a matter of taking responsibility for my situation. Mary recommends focussing our thoughts on harmony and not on disturbance. SEL 8 is about completing our being and bringing heaven to earth. As above, so below! If our 8 is blocked, we are cut off from our creativity.

SEl 8 harmonizes the energy flow in the pelvic girdle. This helps fertility projects as well as the absorbing / eliminating functions and disharmonies of the blood. Open SEL 8 supports our physical power, which is located in the area of the coccyx. The 8 is the cosmic symbol of extraordinary vitality, so that we can fulfill our dreams. There is a magic in the 8!

Hands-On Tip of the Week, today: „Safety“-Energy Lock # 11

(Self-Help Book 2 by Mary Burmeister, p. 32 – 33)

The “Safety” Energy Lock # 11 is located above the right and left inner shoulder blades.

 

 

 

 

 

“11” came into the universe with the meaning: “” Justice “,” Getting rid of excess baggage (garbage)”. We let go everything and are open to new things in life.

SEL 11 relieves tension / stress in the shoulder and neck and helps projects of hip, leg, head, arm, elbow, wrist, hand and fingers.

At the level of attitudes, SEL 11 can free people from judging and being judged. It helps all physical projects and fears and removes negativity.

 

“Quickie” for harmonizing:

Just hold left shoulder with right hand and make a ring out of the left thumb and ring finger.

or

Put your the left hand on the right shoulder and the right buttock (SEL 25) with the right hand (and vice versa for the other side)

or

Hold your right index finger with your left hand and then your left index finger with your right hand.

Hands-On Tip of the Week: QUICKIE für „Neck Tensions“

Now we have been in this very special situation for more than a year and many of us also work from home. Many of them also have children to look after. This is a very big challenge for everyone involved and very often goes hand in hand with a lot of stress.

When we are stressed, our shoulders tend to go up towards our ears and we hold everything in. This causes the whole neck and shoulder area to tense up.

To be able to exhale again and release everything, we put our left hand on the right shoulder and the right thumb makes a ring (finger-tip on finger-tip) with the index finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger one after the other.

Hands-On Tip of the Week: “Safety” Energy Lock # 26

(Self Help Book 2 by Mary Burmeister, p. 63 – 65 )

SEL 26 came into the universe meaning complete (that which was, is, will be) and brings vital life force for the total Being.

It helps to recharge our “run-down” energy battery and harmonizes mental, digestive and physical functions.

Just fold arms across the chest and hold opposite underarm (SEL 26) and in a few minutes you can feel the tension beginning melt away.

If uncomfortable or inconvenient to hold both underarms, hold left underarm with right hand and left groin with the left hand.

Or just hold the one underarm and then the other.

Hands-On Tip of the Week, today: Gallbladder Function Energy

The next few days we will celebrate Easter. In the night from Holy Saturday to Easter Sunday, light returns to the world and overcomes darkness. Easter announces the new beginning of life, because death does not mean the end. The truth is stronger than the lie, justice triumphs over injustice, love triumphs over hate. That is why we want to dedicate ourselves today to the functional energy of the gallbladder. This is where time and space open up to bring light into life.

This flow helps us to come into harmony, it helps with weak decision-making and brings clarity. He connects spiritual with matter.

The gallbladder functional energy is also helpful for the following projects: intervertebral discs, sciatica, allergies, migraines, gas formation in the body, hips (right flow helps right hip), eyes.

The quickie for this flow is also the anchor step of the flow:

  1.  Left hand on the left side of the neck (SEL 12)

Hands-On Tip of the Week, today: Second Method Correction (Text 1, page 56)

Today we would like to present a quickie for the second correction method.

The three correction methods are very, very powerful flows and clean up.

Mary said that applying any of these flows is sufficient to reverse a lifelong history of disharmony.

The second correction method works with the Supervisor Flow, which helps to harmonize our thoughts and to come to rest. It has its anchor point in the hip level.

It is also called “our chiropractor” and is very helpful with all skeletal and back projects as well as all elimination projects.

As a self-help, we use the 1st step of the flow: the left hand on the left 15 and the right hand on the left 2.

Hands-On Tip of the Week, today: Posterior Descending Energy

Today we want to strengthen our POSTERIOR DESCENDING energy, also known as bladder function energy. Mary Burmeister describes it in Self-Help Book 1 (pp. 48 to 50) as one of the three important flows for the general daily sequences. It is the only flow that runs its way down the spine.

The bladder function energy balances our entire water balance (i.e. all projects in which too little or too much fluid is involved) and the body chemistry (metabolism). It helps us relieve tension that causes headaches, back pain and leg discomfort and clears the neck.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The quicky for this is:  hold your little finger or the hollows of your knees.

Current Hands-On Tip of the Week, today: Quickie for all respiratory functions

We have talked a lot about exhalation and breathing functions. Today we would like to take up a shorthand that can help us anywhere and anytime to strengthen and support our exhalation and breathing in general. Very helpful and supportive in these still wild times!

Our right hand rests on the left SEL No. 3 and SEL 11 and the left hand holds the ball of the right thumb. And of course everything is reversed for the other side of the body.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This shorthand also helps with all hormonal projects and all projects related to the lungs. It also helps with over-acidification of the body (the thumb controls the acid). So there is also a good current to purify the body in the springtime.

Hands-On Tip of the Week: Quickie for Strengthening the Immune System

We have already reported about the “safety” energy lock No. 3 as our antibiotic center of the body. Today we would like to introduce a quickie that can help us everywhere and at any time to strengthen and support our immune system which is very helpful and supportive in these times!

Place right hand over left shoulder (SEL #3) and put the left thumb on all fingers of the left hand, one after the other. You can place the thumb berry on the other fingertips or fingernails of the corresponding fingers, depending on where your focus is at the moment.For the other side of the body place everything vice versa.
