Hands-On Tip of the Week: “Safety” Energy Lock # 21

“Safety” Energy Lock # 21 (SEL 21) is located on the lower edge of the cheekbones and came into the universe with the meaning “deep security, escape from spiritual imprisonment”. It helps with dizziness, mental tension / stress, to build up energy and to regulate weight. (Self-HelpBook 2 by Mary Burmeister, p. 53)

The “normal person” has over 50,000 thoughts in their heads every day, around 95% of which are repeated over and over again. SEL 21 helps to reduce worrying or stressful thoughts in the mind and to harmonize them. Mary says the mind is intended to be a receiver of the Creator’s thoughts and not to be used as a trying-to tool for satisfying the intellect. As SEL 21 empties, it can receive cosmic consciousness descending the face from “Safety” Energy Lock # 20. Changing our thinking will change our world. (from the book “0-26, Excerpts from Main Central”, p. 106)

Here are three easy steps to harmonize SEL 21:

Hold both thighs cross over

or the left upper arm (SEL 19) with the right hand and the right thigh with the left hand and vice versa

or simply hold your right thumb with your left hand and your left thumb with your right hand

By the way, the pictures show you how to hold the “Safety” Energy Locks. You can lie completely relaxed on the sofa or sit comfortably in the armchair, you don’t have to do it while standing …!

Hands On Tip of the Week: „Safety“ –Energy Lock # 3

“Safety” – Energy Lock # 3 (SEL 3) came into the universe meaning understanding, “the door”, defense against problems and discomforts.

SEL 3 helps breathing, relieves fever, cold and sore throat. It is our personal “antibiotic”, helps with congestion in the groin and in the feet (Self-Help Book 2, p. 16 by Mary Burmeister)

SEl 3, also known as our breathing specialist, harmonizes the breath of life when you exhale and inhale. It balances giving and receiving … spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically. With the balanced breath we are free from emotional turmoil and physical suffering. We are happy and healthy (from: “0-26, Excerpts from Main Central”, p. 30).

One can work with the breath alone to send healing and abundance to the affected area. Every breath, well lived, makes yesterday a dream of happiness and tomorrow ecstasy (from “What Mary says” p. 7)

Here are three simple steps to harmonize SEL 3:

Just hold left middle finger with right hand and vice versa

or just hold left and/or right shoulder

or hold left shoulder with right hand and left groin with left hand (SEL 15) and vice versa.

As you know, Jiro Murai retired to a mountain hut when he was declared terminally ill. There he fasted and meditated and practiced various finger positions, known as mudras, which became part of Jin Shin Jyutsu. Each of our fingers contains 14,400 functions and these finger exercises give us the opportunity to dissolve and harmonize many blockages in a simple way. You can find out more about the individual finger positions in self-help book 3 (p. 10 – 17) by Mary Burmeister.

 

 

Hands-On Tip of the Week: Deep Skin Descending Function Energy

(Textbook 2 by Mary Burmeister, p. 45)

Since it is pretty warm this week and certainly all summer long, we want to focus on the Deep Skin Descending Function Energy. It is a huge help in this hot weather and cools our body down. Sweating also decreases noticeably. It serves the deepest cell cleansing and cools the deep cell layer.

In order to be able to use it even more comfortably, we show you how you can use this flow while lying down on the couch.

Just hold left calf with your left hand and right calf with your right hand.

Tip: The longer you hold your calfes, the more your body cools down. Just do it until you have reached your comfortable temperature.

Hands-On Tip of the Week: Third Method Correction

(Textbook 1, p. 57 by Mary Burmeister)

The three Methods of Correction are very powerful flows and clean up. They are located in the attitudes.

Mary said that applying any of these flows is sufficient to reverse a lifelong history of disharmony.

The Third Correction Method works with the Main Central Vertical Universal Harmonizing Energy (Source of Life)  and opens access to the center of the body and the universal energy. It brings us back into harmony with our heart.

It is our “emergency flow”, takes negative thinking out of the body and restores the order of creation in the body.

Physically, it supports our immune system, stops destruction in the body, relieves tension of all kinds in the abdomen and helps breathing.

As a self-help we use the 1st step of the flow:

Place the right hand on the middle of the sacrum and the left hand on the middle of the sternum (SEL 13).

Hands-On Tip of the Week: Deep Skin Descending Function Energy

(Textbook 2 by Mary Burmeister, p. 45)

Today we look at one of the special flows of Textbook 2. These flows are very profound and support the reversing and increasing of the depths from Textbook 1.

The descending Deep Skin Function Energy supports the reversing and increasing of the 2nd depth, which is responsible for the deep skin and the mucous membranes. This special flow aids the descending energy.

It helps all skin projects (teenage acne, deep acne, shingles, eczema etc.). It is a quickie for deacidification and releasing toxins from the body.

Furthermore it cools the body and is therefore helpful in burns, sun allergies, radiation problems, hot flashes and sweating a lot.

To harmonize the right flow, we place  right hand on right calf and left hand on left calf. For the left flow we simply change and hold the right calf with the left hand and the left calf with the right hand.

WE ARE ONE – Completion of English language series on May 19, 2021

The English-language series of the WE ARE ONE Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help meditations has ended after more than a year. The final live stream was broadcast last Wednesday, May 19, 21, with almost all of the instructors who have presented these webinars over the past year. If you missed it, you can watch it again here. We are very grateful to all instructors of the Mary Burmeister Jin Shin Jyutsu Faculty for this great gift! It was wonderful support for all of us in a challenging year and also brought Jin Shin Jyutsu closer to many newcomers.

 

Hands-On Tip of the Week, today:  “Safety” Energylock # 2

Today we want to introduce you to  SEL 2. SEL 2 came into the universe meaning “Life Force for all Creatures” and “Wisdom” (Know Myself, Be It Is, Self-Help Book 2, p. 14 by Mary Burmeister)

“Wisdom is Love in Action” (quote from “What Mary Says”, p. 12)

“There is only one royal path for the spiritual journey: LOVE” (Golden Sai Baba Book)

Through SEL 2 we recognize the Creator in others and thus also in ourselves. “This is how wisdom arises” (JIN SHIN JYUTSU by Waltraud Riegger-Krause, p. 88)

SEL 2 helps general well-being, back problems, digestion and tension /stress in the legs. It supports the respiratory system, mainly inhalation. God is the breath of life of every soul. SEL 2 helps to bring up everything that got stuck underneath. It can draw the energy out of the legs, brings balance, helps the body to harmonize and clears the mind.

Hands-On Tip of the Week: “Safety”- Energy Lock 12

SEL 12 came into the universe meaning “Not my will but Thy will” – submission of personal consciousness to the direction of Universal Mind (Self-Help Book 2 by Mary Burmeister, p. 34)
Once a person has realized that he is completely dependent on the Universal Mind, he does well to feel inside himself, to follow his intuitive wisdom, and to serve himself and life itself. Not only is every grain of sand counted, but we are all ventilated by the creative, omnipresent intelligence. If I follow the Universal Mind, my life becomes effortless, free from worry, fear, anger, sadness and effort. With that in mind, be the fun and enjoy your life!
For harmonizing SEL 12:
Just hold right and left side of the neck and within a few minutes, more or less, you can feel the tension / stress begin to melt away.
or
just hold right middle finger with left hand and then left middle finger with right hand.
or
hold neck and the end of the spine or tailbone: Left hand on the right side of the neck and right hand on the end of the spine or tailbone. Then switch to the other side and place your right hand on the left side of your neck and your left hand on the end of the spine or tailbone.

Hands-On Tip of the Week, today: “Safety”- Energy Lock # 14

“Safety” energy lock 14 (SEL 14) is located on the front bottom of the rib cage and came into the universe meaning equilibrium and sustenance (Self-Help Book 2 by Mary Burmeister, p. 38/39).

SEL 14 is important for all kinds of digestive projects. Right SEL 14 supports fat and protein digestion, and the left 14 helps carbohydrate digestion.

SEL 14 also represents the mind of man. The mind can be the source of all imprisonment as well as the source of our liberation. Our life is the product of our thoughts!

Both the food and our thoughts and impressions must be metabolized. SEL 14 is the understanding of our mind.

“If thoughts are lifted up, the whole organism changes” (quote from “What Mary Says”, p. 14).

Self-help applications for harmonizing SEL 14:

Simply hold left and right elbows (simultaneously or consecutively) and within a few minutes you can feel tension/stress begin to melt away.
