Hands-On Tip: Quickies for Main Central Vertical Flow

The Main Central Vertical Universal Harmonizing Energy (described in Self Help Book 1 by Mary Burmeister, p. 15 – 17) is our Source if Life. Without this flow the body would be lifeless. The Main Central Vertical Flow is descending the center of the front of the body, ascending the spine, flowing over the head […]

Hands-On Tip of the Week: Topic Fear

JIN SHIN JYUTSU IS

Cosmic Artless Art to KNOW (Help) Myself.

(Self Help Book 2 by Mary Burmeister, p. 1)

Jin Shin Jyutsu ist an Art of Living that also includes letting go of fear.

Mary gives us three simple finger positions that will remove tension which can create fear. This sequence can easily be applied into our daily life:

1. Wrap left thumb and fingers around the right thumb.

2. Wrap left thumb and fingers around the right index finger.

3. Wrap left thumb and fingers around right little finger.

(Please reverse every finger position for other side of the body.)

As a quickie just hold right index finger with left hand and left index finger with right hand.

(Self Help Book 2 by Mary Burmeister, p. 26/27)

To transcend fear, we need to feel and recognize who we really are.

But who are you?

You are a child of God. Making yourself small is not serving the world. We are all meant to shine like children do. We were born to manifest the splendor of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us, it’s in every one of us!

(Nelson Mandela)

Paramahansa Yogananda puts it this way:

In Being the Creator sleeps, in flowers he dreams, in animals he comes to life and in humans he becomes conscious of himself.

Mary says: “God is in my fingers.” (What Mary says, p. 22)

Enjoy practicing Jin Shin Jyutsu!

Hands-On Tip of the Week: Continued from Strengthening the Immun Systeme

By holding the little finger we harmonize not only “Safety”Energy Lock # 15 (SEL 15) but also “Safety” Energy Lock # 25 (SEL 25)

Just holding the middle finger harmonizes SEL 3 and SEL 23.

SEl 23 and 25 are also very important to our immune system and take care of everything that needs to be done for our manifested body.

SEL 23 is the bridge from the physical to the energetic body, is important for maintaining a healthy, happy body and eliminates fear.

SEL 25 develops alertness and an energetic mind.

(Self Help Book 2 by Mary Burmeister, p. 61)

SEL 25 helps us relax, be calm and presently awake.

SEL 23 and 25 bring patience and release hatred and jealousy from the body. They help with any physical, emotional and mental stress.

KNOW MYSELF IT IS leads to universal knowledge. (Self Help Book 2 by Mary Burmeister, p. 57)

Solutions to all “problems” reside within MYSELF. Self-knowledge IS KEY to all “problems”. (Self Help Book 2, p. 61)

Quickie for harmonizing SEL 23:

Hold left groin (SEL 15) with the left hand and left shoulder (SEL 3) with the right hand. Reverse for other side of the body.

(Self Help Book 2 by Mary Burmeister, p. 58)

Quickie for harmonizing SEL 25:

Hold right buttock (SEL 25) with the right hand and right shoulder (SEL 3) with the left hand. Reverse for other side of the body.

(Self Help Book 2 by Mary Burmeister, p. 62)

I am power. I am energy force by receiving breath. (What Mary says, p. 7)

Enjoy yourself while practicing Jin Shin Jyutsu!

Hands-On Tip: Strenghtening the Immune System

In “Safety” Energy Lock # 3, mental and physical digestive powers meet. SEL #3 helps the immune system, harmonizes our lymphatic system and protects us from infections, tiredness, relieves fever and helps breathing. It is our “personal anti-biotic”.

(Self Help Book 2 by Mary Burmeister, p. 16)

For optimal protection, Mary advises us to harmonize SEL # 15 and then SES # 3. One application that opens both “Safety” Energy Locks is:

Right hand on left shoulder (SEL # 3) and left hand on left groin (SEL # 15)

Please reverse the application for the other side of the body.

(Self Help Book 2, p. 17)

In addition, you can also hold the little finger and then the middle finger.

Mary recommends us for both locks: BE the smile.

Children laugh up to 400 times a day, adults only 20 times a day. With a smile you can change the chemical composition of your blood.

Furthermore, it says on p. 16 (SEL 3) and p. 40 (SEL 15) in Self Help Book 2: UNLOAD (exhale) and RECEIVE (inhale) your abundance.

KNOW MYSELF IT IS.

Look to this breath only.

The breath we receive is the only reality.

(What Mary says, p. 6)

BE love means that love comes into the world through us. We are love.

To conclude, three quotes from Mother Teresa:

If we want to love, we must learn to forgive.

If you want to change the world, love your family.

Spread love wherever  you are.

(Even while holding your fingers …)

Hands-On Tipp of the Week, Finger Pose No. IV

The first 4 finger poses connect us with our source of life, the “Main Central Vertical Harmonizing Energy”.

We are as harmonious or out of rhythm as is the energy supply from this source. In fact, this is our present state of being – in health or ailing. (Self-Help Book 1 by Mary Burmeister, p. 15)

Hold back of left thumb, index and middle fingers with right thumb. Place the rest of right fingers on palm side of left thumb, index and middle fingers. (Reverse for right side)

This finger pose aids releasing general daily fatigue tension/stress. It aids the releasing of one’s worries, fears and anger.

Always remember I AM FUN.
The body is the mirror of our thoughts.
90 % to even 100 %  of all one’s worries do not materialize in the state of awareness and understanding of Know Myself BE IT IS, IS.

(Self-Help Book 3 by Mary Burmeister, p. 13)

The mind is the source of bondage or liberation, sorrow or joy. (quote from “What Mary says”, p. 14)

(Selfhelp Book 3 by Mary Burmeister, p. 17)

According to Kaballah, our fingers/hands are our magic wand that “connects what is below with what is above”. Our fingers/hands are the link to the heavenly realm. Our fingers are our direct access to the heavenly gates to the realms of the invisible world. (by Anita Willoughby, authorized JIN SHIN JYUTSU instructor, from the Main Central #44, p. 4)

Fingerposition Nr. II (Selfhelp Book 3, by Mary Burmeister, p. 11):

Hold back of left middle finger lightly with right thumb. Place rest of right fingers on palm side left middle finger.

Hands-On Tip of the Week, today: Finger Pose (Mudra) No. I

Translated from Sanskrit, mudra means “that which brings joy”. Mud means joy and Ra means “that which gives”.

Mudras are simple hand positions that connect us to the energetic, invisible world. The purpose of the mudras is to bring about a higher level of awareness in ordinary daily consciousness. Mudras are also called “mystical, awakening, sacred hand positions that express our deepest intentions in a single moment of physical poetry.” (Sarah Ivanhoe, Yoga Journal, April 2006, taken from: Main Central No. 44, p. 4)

Our fingers and thumbs are a simple keys to harmonize our attitudes.

Finger Pose No. I (Self Help Book 3 by Mary Burmeister, p. 10):

Hold palm side of left middle finger ligthly with right thumb. Place rest of right fingers on back of left middle finger. (Reverse for right middle finger)

SMILE.

I have never experienced this Breath I am ever before nor will I ever again. Enjoy the Breath I am now.

If I am the essence of my breath now, I am not afraid of the future and leave worries and guilty feelings of the past behind me.

This finger pose aids releasing tension / stress from head to toes.
