Methods of Payment

We offer you the payment methods listed below. Simply choose the one that’s best for you. The prices stated in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components, including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Under the OSS procedure, VAT is calculated according to the tax rates of the respective delivery country and is displayed during the order process. Only in the case of cross-border deliveries may additional taxes (e.g. for intra-Community acquisition) and/or charges (e.g. customs duties) need to be paid by you, not to the seller, but to the competent customs or tax authorities. The delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price; they can be accessed via the “Shipping and Delivery” page, are listed separately during the ordering process, and must be covered by you in addition. Please note: Purchase on account is only available for orders from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. For all other countries, prepayment or PayPal Plus is required.

Prepayment
If you choose the prepayment method, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and will deliver the goods after your payment has been received.

Purchase on Account
For purchase on account, you must transfer the outstanding amount within 14 days after receiving the delivery. The invoice will be sent directly by email upon completion of the purchase.

PayPal Plus
As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to PayPal’s website, where you can enter your payment details, confirm PayPal’s use of your data, and approve the payment instruction to PayPal. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

If you have selected the PayPal payment method, you must be registered there or register first and log in with your credentials to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after you confirm the payment instruction.

If you have chosen to pay by credit card, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction is performed immediately after confirming the payment instruction and following your authentication as the legitimate cardholder. Your credit card company will charge your card at PayPal’s request.

If you have chosen the direct debit payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. By confirming the payment instruction, you grant PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal will inform you about the date your account will be debited (known as prenotification). After submitting the direct debit mandate immediately following the payment instruction confirmation, PayPal will request its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment will be processed, and your account will be charged.
