Hands-On Tip: The Stomach Function Energy

The stomach flow helps to strengthen the FRONT DESCENDING energy and releases worries. The anchor step of this flow is: left hand under the right cheekbone (SEL 21) and right hand under the middle of the right collarbone (SEL 22). The sequence is reversed for the other side of the body.

SEL 21 takes care of our face, helps the sinuses, our facial expressions and to keep a clear head. The stomach flow circulates in the face including the lips. It is the “cosmetic surgeon” for a youthful, wrinkle-free appearance.

“Fountain of youth: a mind lift beats a face lift.” (What Mary Says, p. 14)

The stomach flow goes down the front of the body, keeping our waist level open and terminating in the big, second and middle toe. On the outside of the big toe, it then becomes the Spleen Function Energy. Any “project” on these toes may indicate a stomach/digestion project. The stomach flow helps with stomach ulcers and when we cannot digest. This also applies to our settings. Thoughts that we digest or not. A strong stomach flow digests everything, does not judge, keeps what is good for us and the rest is excreted. The Stomach Function Energy can harmonize our weight, and is important for mental and emotional balance.
