Hands On Tip of the Week: “Safety” Energy Lock #17

“Safety” Energy Lock 17 (SEL 17) is located on the outside of the wrists (little finger side on back of the wrist). It came into the universe meaning reproductive energy, relaxation of  mind and nerves.

It harmonizes chest congestion, bloat/swelling, heart, breast and back tension/stress.

Disorders are rooted in abuses: worry, fear, anger, sadness and try to`s. (Self Help Book 2 by Mary Burmeister, p. 45)

SEL 17 works together with the opposite SEL 16. For example, if  SEL 17 cannot be held due to pain with a sprained ankle, the opposite SEL 17 is held instead.

SEL 17 promotes creative thinking, increases intuition and helps to transform oneself. Whenever you want to know what is really going on in your heart: listen to the “17” (hold 17) and listen to yourself.

Just hold right wrist with the left hand and left wrist with the right hand or
