Hands-On Tip of the Week: QUICKIE für „Neck Tensions“

Now we have been in this very special situation for more than a year and many of us also work from home. Many of them also have children to look after. This is a very big challenge for everyone involved and very often goes hand in hand with a lot of stress.

When we are stressed, our shoulders tend to go up towards our ears and we hold everything in. This causes the whole neck and shoulder area to tense up.

To be able to exhale again and release everything, we put our left hand on the right shoulder and the right thumb makes a ring (finger-tip on finger-tip) with the index finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger one after the other.
