Hands-On Tip of the Week, today: Posterior Descending Energy

Today we want to strengthen our POSTERIOR DESCENDING energy, also known as bladder function energy. Mary Burmeister describes it in Self-Help Book 1 (pp. 48 to 50) as one of the three important flows for the general daily sequences. It is the only flow that runs its way down the spine.

The bladder function energy balances our entire water balance (i.e. all projects in which too little or too much fluid is involved) and the body chemistry (metabolism). It helps us relieve tension that causes headaches, back pain and leg discomfort and clears the neck.
