Hands-on Tip of the Week, today: Releasing Tension and Muscle Tension

(Selfhelp Book 1 by Mary Burmeister, P. 54)

With the first self-help grip, we help to reduce muscle tension throughout the body. Place finger or fingers or thumb on back of LEFT and RIGHT calf simultaneously, just below bend of knee (top of calves). Aids in revitalizing overall muscular tensions.

With the second self-help grip, we reduce tensions that cause headaches, tiredness and general tiredness. Place thumbs or finger or fingers on LEFT and RIGHT base of skull, either sitting down, standing or lying down. Aids in releasing tensions causing head, eye, general fatigue discomforts.

With the third self-help grip, we let the tension in the shoulders melt away. Fold hands (as in prayer) without tensing shoulders, relaxing the complete body. Aids in releasing tensions in shoulders.

We wish you a lot of fun while releasing tension….
